St Peter’s School, Cambridge has welcomed international students since 1993.
The school is a popular choice for students as it has both IB and NCEA as pathways for entry into university.
St Peter’s also has both boarding and homestay accommodation options. We accept students from 13 – 18 years of age and students from all over the world have studied at St Peter’s.
St Peter’s also has an international student support team, a wellbeing team, nurses on school grounds, boarding directors, house matrons and deans. This team of staff make the level of care available for our students to be exceptional.
Our campus is beautiful, all students can walk to school, to their classrooms and sports facilities. All activities are located on the campus making it is easy for students to access everything at St Peter’s.
Come join us at St Peter’s.
I love St Peter’s because everyone is so open to new people. It’s like a big family in the boarding house. Staff at school always check in on me to make sure I am doing well. I feel welcomed here.
What makes us unique?
Boutique Private Co-Educational School of 1240 students.
Less than 4% of the school are international students.
Offer NCEA and IB academic pathways for students.
Boarding facilities are available on the school campus. 400 students board at school.
Small class sizes of 25 students or less.
Have hosted international students since 1993.
Have a working dairy farm on campus.
Over 60 different subjects to chose from including Science, Art, Design, Business Studies, Horticulture, Fashion and Design, Languages, Technology and Mathematics to name just a few.
I enjoy my time in New Zealand because of the fresh air. It feels so good to breathe it in and also the clear skies because I like to take photographs of that. The clear skies also give me opportunities to see the stars at night.
Sports, Activities & Trips
St Peter’s offers rowing, cycling, golf, plus have a pony riding school across the road for students that don’t want to buy a horse but wish to ride.
Have 26 sports available to chose from.
We expect students to select a summer and a winter sport to gain the most from their time at St Peter’s School. Students will then have the opportunity to take part in sporting events and travel to tournaments.
