‘Tauranga Girls’ College, your school to be, whatever you want it to be’.

During my 18 months at TGC, I stepped out of my comfort zone and grew as a person. Tauranga Girls’ College encouraged me to take on challenges and new opportunities such as playing rugby, joining the chorale and graduating with my Level 3 qualifications. I experienced great support from teachers, students and host family. Even though it was hard to leave my life behind in Germany and to start from the beginning. I made great friends which convinced me to come back for uni. I fell in love with the school, culture people and beautiful scenery
